1. About PitchNexus
PitchNexus provides published youth soccer results and schedules, team and club profiles, statistical rankings, match predictions and weekly team reports for the United States and Andalusia, Spain. It is an independent information service. Club names, crests and competition references do not imply endorsement by a club, league or governing body.
2. Results, rankings and predictions
Information depends on available source records and completed data refreshes. Scores, dates, venues, identities and statistics may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Rankings are analytical estimates, separate from official league standings. Predictions describe possible outcomes and are not guarantees, betting advice or a basis for judging an individual child.
Confirm important fixtures and results with the competition organizer or club. A data-issue report allows us to review a concern; it does not guarantee a correction or a particular response time. See how predictions work.
3. Accounts and responsible use
Account and reporting features are intended for parents, guardians, coaches, club representatives and other adult users. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information through the site; a parent or guardian should manage these features for them.
Provide accurate account information, keep your password and account links confidential, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Following a team or club does not create membership in that organization.
4. Favorites and weekly emails
Your favorites determine the teams and clubs included in your report. Weekly reports follow the email preference displayed at registration and in your account. The current registration form starts with weekly reports enabled; you can turn them off before registering or later in account settings. Delivery depends on available data and email service availability.
You can stop weekly reports in your account or through an unsubscribe link in a report email. Account-related messages you request, such as password resets, may still be sent. Report previews and exported snapshots reflect the data available when they were generated.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with the service, submit malicious or misleading reports, impersonate others, or use the site to harass or identify children. Do not submit children’s home addresses, dates of birth, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Without prior written permission from PitchNexus, you must not scrape, crawl for data collection, use bots or other automated tools to extract data, or systematically collect or bulk download content from the site or its APIs. This includes match results, schedules, team and club profiles, rankings, predictions and reports. You must not use these methods to build or maintain another database, feed, website or service, or redistribute the collected data.
Ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our robots.txt rules, use of the sharing and download tools we provide for personal or club communication, and uses protected by applicable law are permitted. These exceptions do not authorize scraping or automated bulk collection. Automated requests must not materially disrupt the service. 6. Site content and third-party rights
PitchNexus branding, design, software and original presentation are protected where applicable. Club names, logos and source material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. No ownership of third-party material is transferred to you.
You may use the provided sharing and download tools for ordinary personal or club communication. Keep attribution and relevant limitations, and do not present a PitchNexus report as official standings or a guaranteed forecast. Commercial reuse of our branding or substantial original content requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
7. Reports and communications you submit
You remain responsible for the information you submit and must have a lawful basis to provide it. You allow PitchNexus to use submissions to investigate issues, respond, improve accuracy and keep an appropriate review history. Issue reports are reviewed privately rather than published as a public discussion forum. A verified correction may affect public sports records.

8. External services and sharing
The site may link to source websites, social platforms and externally hosted images. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. When you choose to share a link or export, you decide who receives it. PitchNexus does not control an external service’s availability or subsequent use of shared content.
9. Availability and account restrictions
Features and data coverage may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or meet a legal obligation. You can delete your account through account settings; this does not automatically remove separate public competition records or previously submitted issue reports.
10. Limitations and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that every record is complete or accurate or that access will be uninterrupted. To the same extent, PitchNexus is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on statistical estimates, forecasts or unavailable service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or takes away mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. Applicable law determines the remedies and courts available to you; these terms do not require you to waive those protections.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Where law requires additional notice or agreement for a material change, that requirement applies. Changes do not remove rights or remedies that already arose under applicable law.
